Crap, my body is fighting me this morning.  I am up 1.6 pounds over yesterday, and am kinda wondering why.  Everything went to plan yesterday, so I am a little disappointed.  I am going to try keeping a closer eye on my food today, and plan a little better, and see if I can knock some of this weight off by tomorrow.

Morning

I cooked up my omelette this morning and it turned out really well.  I cooked and chopped up the sausage patty, and then put it into a mug with 1 whole egg, and 1 egg white.  I stirred that all together, and then put it back in the pan.  I added a slice of cheddar cheese, and folded it over, and let it cook for a bit more.  It was very good, and I will be cooking it again.  I ate a whole avocado with it, because avocados help keep my GI tract moving, and I approve of that.

I played some games for most of the morning, and otherwise just dicked around.  Not much going on today.

Afternoon

I took a nap for a few hours, and then woke up at around 2:30pm or so, and had my usual lunch.  Afterwards I did the dishes, and got the kitchen cleaned up.

Evening

I don’t know if I screwed the pooch for dinner.  I stayed downstairs watching “Better Call Saul,” for the better part of the evening.  I came up around 9:00pm and basically made a meal of pork rinds and jerky.  I will need to go back and account for that, in MFP.

I just went upstairs too late to mess up the kitchen after it had been cleaned, so I needed something simple, and fast and low carb, and that is what I grabbed.
