I am down .2 pounds from yesterday.  Not much to say otherwise.  I think I have lost all my water weight, and now I am down to the hard part.  Hopefully, getting back to walking will add a boost to the weight loss.

I walked in to work today, and it went really well.  The new shorts I got worked like a champ.  My knee held up great, and my shin splints were replaced by muscle burn.  Much less painful, and my lower joints didn’t seize up in pain.  Overall a great walk.

After I got to work, I cooked up some breakfast.  I made my new omelette, and it turned out great.  I used just one egg, on this one, versus yesterday.  I didn’t need the added egg to soak the sausage.  I had a whole avocado with it, and a protein shake.

Justin came in early today, and it was nice to have some help with shit around the office.  The problem is that, he left a shit ton of stuff on my desk undone from yesterday.  I hate that shit.  I keep finding more and more reasons to leave this damn job.  I have a list, it is ongoing.  Long story short, I have a little jingle I sing to myself, about how I am quitting this damn job.

The morning went OK otherwise.  Several warranty returns from iPads Justin did on Monday.  Thank you Justin.


The afternoon went as planned.  This girl came in, either high or drunk, and couldn’t string a sentence together in under 3 minutes.  It was awful.  I tried to pawn her off on another shop in town, because people in this condition are always trouble.  They take forever to get me the information that I need, and I missed like 3 phone calls, while I was trying to piece together what she was saying.

I had my usual chicken and veggie dish for lunch.  I forgot to take a picture of it, but you will be fine without it.  Below is a dramatization of my meal, for your enjoyment.

I had my pork rinds, and jerky early, but I managed to bring a bag of snap peas in and I snacked on those later in the afternoon.  It was pretty sweet, and I will do that more often.


I give the walk back to my truck a 7 out of 10.  I was probably more aggressive than I should have been, being my first day back on it and all.  Mostly, there were a lot of people loitering around downtown, and I wanted to get away from them, so I kicked it up a notch.  After I crested the hill on College, I really felt the burn.  It is getting warmer than I like to wear a jacket, and I am self conscious about how I look in my cloths still.  Hopefully, my new shirts, and pants will help with that.  Currently my clothes fit like a tent, and I don’t like it.  I am hoping better fitting clothes help with my poor body image.

My shoes worked out pretty well, but they need to be broken in.  They are still a bit tight.  I have wide feet, and a bunyan, tight shoes squeeze my feet, and it hurts.

I made a belt out of a cargo strap, from my truck.  My old belt won’t go any smaller.  I ordered a new one a couple of days ago, but I don’t know when it will be here.  Until then, the cargo strap will suffice.

I got home, and Mom had made some flank steak Fajitas.  I ate the shit out of them, as I was starving.  I put them in MFP, as best I could, and I am still under my limit, but my macros are a bit lopsided.  I didn’t take photos of them, because I ate them too fast to get my camera out.  Currently they are in my belly.
