Current Weight: 384.3 lbs ( -55.7 lbs )

I am up 3.9 pounds over yesterday.  I am unsure why, as I was under my calorie goal yesterday.  I will see if cutting back on the beef jerky and pork rinds today, and sticking to peas helps, and check in again tomorrow.  I believe some of this is constipation related weight, as I felt bloated yesterday, but failed to produce this morning.  I will see how tomorrow turns out.

Morning

The walk in to work this morning went pretty well.  I tried out my new knee brace, and felt uncertain of it.  It kept feeling like it was slipping down, but it never seemed to actually slide.  It may take some getting used to.  I will keep at it through this weekend and see how it fairs.  I also put on my new, longer undershirt, and it was great.  It is long enough to stay put, below my belly, so that worked out really well.  No more tugging the shirt down.

I got to work and cooked up my breakfast.  I added cheese to the egg and sausage mix, and cooked it up.  It turned out like a sausage, egg, and cheese pancake.  It was very good.  I ate an avocado with it, and have started on my first bottle of water.

It is around 12:30pm and I am starting on my second bottle of water.  I am trying a new way to meter out my snacks.  We will see how well that goes.

Afternoon

I made it through the morning just fine.  Today was pretty busy so I didn’t have to watch the clock, and it went pretty quickly.  The day went really well, and I made it through nearly 4 bottles of water.  I had my chicken lunch at around 4:00pm, and tried to get my BCAAs in around then as well.

The walk home was tough.  It was around 85 degree, and I am still wearing my jacket to cover up my poor fitting clothes.  I can’t wait until Wednesday, when I get my new stuff.

Evening

I got home and cooked my steak dinner.  I forgot to take a picture of it, but I did OK tonight.  I had a piece or two of beef jerky while I cooked dinner, and also a small handful of almonds.  I will need to add these to MFP.  I am going to try to stay out of the kitchen for the rest of the evening, and see how tomorrow goes.  I am taking off Sunday for Easter, so it will be like my Friday, and that feels pretty good.
