I am down 1.3 pounds from yesterdays weight.  I am gearing down my diet to around 1600 calories for about the next week or so.  I want to get safely into the 370 pound range.  I am looking to get into a hungry, fat burning mode.  I will see what kind of effect that has.  I am not saying it is a hard, set limit, but I want to try to meet the goal.

I am gearing down my diet to around the 1600 calorie per day mark.  I am trying to cut back on the snacks, and remove some of the unecessary items.  I am trying to get safely into the 370 pound range.  I am not sure on my macros for this.  I have set my macros to percent, and they look like the picture below.

The goal is to see if I can get into a hungry, fat burning mode, and keep it there.  We will see how my will power holds up, for the next week.

My knee brace is cutting into my fat thighs.  I tried to find a solution to the problem today.  I cut the leg off of my winter leggings, and used that as a sleeve.  I still rubbed off the scabs that formed yesterday, but the pain was greatly diminished.

The morning went pretty good otherwise.  I am not yet getting that hungry feeling that I am looking for.  I stayed out of the cupboard until lunch.


I got my lunch in at around 2:00pm.  I had my usual chicken and vegetable affair.  I didn’t bring any snacks today, because I am restricting my diet for the next week.  Right now, I feel tired and hungry.  I plan to have dinner, when I get home, and then I have to leave for St. Louis afterward.  My plan is to pack my meals for tomorrow, and try to cook my own stuff as much as possible.


The walk back to the truck went really well.  I pulled my shorts over the scabs on my thighs, and then put the sleeve on, and wrapped it around my brace, and that worked really well.

I got home and cooked a steak and some vegetables, and then packed up my stuff to go to St. Louis.  The drive there was pretty good, I didn’t take any snacks for the drive, and I managed not to stop at McDonalds to grab any food.

I got to St. Louis, and unpacked.  I stayed out of all the candy that is laying around.  I did have some left over turkey that was in the deli drawer.  Oh my God, there is Apple pie on the kitchen counter.  I am going to have trouble staying out of that shit.

I did really well today, and I feel like I am in that hunger mode that I am looking for.  I don’t have a scale here, so I am not going to be able to weigh in tomorrow, I will see how this turns out Monday morning.
