Current Weight: 379.6 lbs ( -60.4 lbs )
I am down 3.2 pounds from yesterday. The lower calorie diet for this week is showing results. I have been snacking on carrots and snap peas, instead of jerky and pork rinds. I am back into walking this week, but rain is in the forecast, so I will play it by ear.

I woke up at around 4:00am, but went right back to bed. My alarm went off at 6:00am, and that is when I officially started my day. I weighed in after getting out of bed, and then I packed my lunch and snacks before I hopped in the shower. I am down 3.2 pounds over yesterday, and I want to see if this trend continues. If it stagnates then I would probably up the calorie intake, for a week or two, to get my body out of starvation mode. I will be watching the graph to see what happens.
I walked into work this morning, and while I still have scabs on my thighs from the knee brace, the sleeve I made, is helping a great deal. There was no pain this morning.
After I got to work I cooked breakfast. It was my usual omelette and protein shake. I brought an avocado with me to work, but it was still rock hard, so I only ate about half of it. I will need to get in some fat elsewhere tonight to compensate.
I am thinking that I may switch to celery, radishes and mushrooms for snacks. I will see what I can get a hold of at Sams, and go from there. I am afraid eating too many carrots or peas may be detrimental. I tend to bulk eat on snacks, and want to lower the density of calories that I consume during these snacking sessions.
Today was a busy day, with quite a few warranty returns from Monday and Tuesday. I ate lunch at around 4:00pm, and didn’t really have time to snack much. I had my usual chicken and vegetable dish. I forgot to take a photo because I was in a hurry to get it in my belly.
That is about all I have to say for this afternoon. Except that I started watching cooking shows on YouTube, and my mouth was watering pretty much the whole last part of the afternoon.
Hunger mode is in full effect, with moderate hunger pangs pretty much throughout the day, except right after I eat.
The walk home went great, no knee pain, or pinching from the brace. No chaffing, or anything else, just muscle burn and sweating.
I got home and cooked my steak and vegetable dish. My parents had hamburgers, and man I had a hard time not eating the hamburger buns, or the Mac N Cheese. I stayed “stronk,” though and kept it cool. I did snack on snap peas while my dinner was cooking, and after dinner I had a tug on a whipped cream bottle, but that shouldn’t be too terrible.
I got my new cloths, and I barely made it into the shirt. It is only tight when I sit down, otherwise it looks great when I am standing up. The new belt is awesome, and is hands down better than the cargo strap I was using. Although I did like that I could ratchet down the cargo strap as tight as I wanted it. It will be awesome when I lose some more weight and the 3XL clothes start to loosen up a bit. I can’t wait to get in to XXL clothes. XXL at least seems semi-normal for an average Americans waistline.
