Current Weight: 378.6 lbs ( -61.4 lbs )
I am down 1 pound from yesterday. I am going to stick to the plan through the rest of this week, until Monday, and see what happens. I bet the carb weight from Easter has fallen off, and now I am working on fat. I would like to see a bigger drop tomorrow, but whatever I get is fine with me.

At around 6:30am this morning I went upstairs and prepared my meals for the day, and took my vitamins. After my shower, I weighed in, and noticed a one pound drop over yesterday. That is less progress than I was hoping for, but a drop is a drop. I am excited to see what happens tomorrow morning.
I put on my new clothes, and headed out. The shirt is a little tight, but it isn’t skin tight. It is just tighter than I am used to. My walk in to work this morning went great. and I did notice an increase in confidence, mostly due to my new clothes.
I cooked my usual breakfast omelette, with an avocado, and protein shake. I am still on my reduced calorie diet, so I have baby carrots, and snap peas in the fridge for snacks.
Today was a slow day, but I cleaned out the kitchen so there are no snacks here, with the exception of my carrots and peas.
I got lunch in around 5:00pm, it was my usual chicken and veggie lunch. I got my BCAAs in around 5:30pm, and they really helped with the walk back to the truck. I was impressed. The walk back to the truck went great, my knee did fine, and it was nice and cool outside.
I got home and snacked on some carrots while the stove heated up. I tried a new way to cook my steak. I pan fried it on both sides for a few minutes a piece. I de-glazed the pan with some butter, and then added some garlic and ginger. and threw it in the oven. It was delicious.
