I am up .6 pounds over yesterday.  The noodle and beef meal, was not very diety.  It’s OK though, because it didn’t hurt as much as I thought it would.

I am going back and editing this diary on the 5th, because I was busy working on my computer pretty much all day, and didn’t eat right, if at all.  I will tell you what I can remember, and hopefully, I can get caught up on this today.


I woke up at about a normal time.  I had been using the integrated graphics card on my computer last night, and it sucks.  I remembered that I have a spare test graphics card at work.  It is nothing special, but it will do the trick.

I drove to work, and grabbed it, and a flash drive that I had left there on Sunday.

I got home and started to work installing the graphics card, and getting my room cleaned up.  There was a lot of dust and dog hair on the floor.  We have a Golden Retriever, and she sheds, a lot.


I cooked up some breakfast.  I had my usual egg and sausage patty.  The avocados I grabbed at Sams was rotten so I threw them out, and didn’t eat an avocado for breakfast.  It wasn’t enough, but I was too busy working on other crap to care.




I came up and had about an ounce of jerky.  It was just a snack to tide me over until dinner.  After that, I headed back downstairs to get back to work.  Installing the graphics card was easy, and didn’t take long at all.  The hard part was sorting out the rats nest of wiring that I have behind my computers and monitors.  I went through it all and labeled it, and sorted it out.  That took forever.



Mom is back on her diet, so she cooked up some shrimp tacos.  A recipe she found at

It was very good, and I had like 4 of those suckers.  I am unsure how that will affect my diet, but i pretty certain that there is nothing in there that I would object to.  Possibly with the exception of the corn tortillas.


I had a couple of ounces of beef jerky for a snack, and then I went to bed pretty early, at around 9:00pm or so.  The plan is to get back on my routine through the rest of my week.  I am pretty pleased that I stayed out of the crackers and cheese, and my weight didn’t spike up to 395 pounds again.  I kept it under 390, and hopefully the rest of the week goes good, and I can get down below 385.
