I am down 2.9 pounds over yesterday. My diet yesterday went really well. I am hoping to keep it up through this weekend, and my days off. I would like to be down to around 380 by Monday, but I can’t count my chickens before they hatch.

I am down 2.9 pounds over yesterday, and my diet is going well so far. I had my boring breakfast, and am looking at recipes for alternatives. My website was attacked last night, and caused me some amusement, but steps have been taken to prevent intrusion, in the future.
I have been snacking on my jerky and rinds throughout the day, and put off lunch until later in the day.
My walk home just about killed me to death. I rubbed several layers of skin off my thigh. Taking a break away from walking until I get my new gear. I got my new graphics card, and it is swell. Diet went well today, I kept myself out of trouble. I am heading to bed early to wake up early tomorrow.
I woke up super early this morning. I dicked around on the computer for a little bit, and weighed in just for giggles. I weighed in at 388, and then went back to bed.
I noticed a funny thing. Someone tried to brute force hack my admin console for this website. I laughed, and took steps to prevent it. As far as I can tell, nothing was affected, and my host prevented the attack. So far after the changes I made, I haven’t gotten any more warnings. I thought it was funny, because usually only popular sites get attacked, and mine is just some low rent weight loss journal. Why attack my site, it is worthless?
I way over slept this morning. I went back to bed at like 3:00am, so I had it coming. I hurried through a shower, and weighed in again. I weighed 384.8. How can a person lose like 4 pounds in 8 hours? weird.
I walked into work this morning, but my knee is killing me. I am also having a problem with the hole in the thigh of these pants. It is having a kind of sandpaper effect. I will have to rig up a solution for this weekend.
I had my usual breakfast, not much to say there. I want to find something different, blah, blah, blah.
I was busy for most of the morning. Justin decided to show up, so I had a chance to get caught up on some of the more time consuming issues, like these water damaged iPhones.
One went through a washer, and the other went in the ocean over spring break. The worst one actually fared the best, actually starting up, where I can recover the data. The other one has some damaged chips, and is possibly a loss, short of heroic efforts.
I am having my usual lunch. I am short on my water intake today, and am trying to get caught back up. I ate my pork rinds, and beef jerky throughout the day, and will be accounted for on meal 4 on MFP.
I am working on my second bottle of water today, and am running behind. I am trying to get caught up by 6:00pm.
I am so excited to get home and see how my new graphics card works out. I can’t hardly wait, it is supposed to be a beast.
My walk home went terribly. I will save you the gory details, but it involves possibly blisters or a rug burn of some sort, possibly bleeding, and bubble wrap. I had to take several breaks during the walk to let my legs cool off. About half way through the pain turned to a cool sensation, and what felt like blood running down my leg.
I will not be walking tomorrow, or Sunday to give my leg time to settle down.
I got on Amazon, and got some heat gear shorts, and a new heat gear shirt. I also picked up a new knee brace. I even measured my leg, and got a properly sized one. I am excited.
I had my usual dinner, and it turned out perfectly.
I got my new graphics card today, and I had it installed in like 15 minutes. It is incredible, and I am so pleased with it, I can barely contain myself.
