I am down 3.6 pounds from yesterday.  I was worried about the carbs from the pork chops last night, but that doesn’t seem to have been a factor.  I am feeling really good right now, and my shirt feels super baggy.  I think, maybe when I hit 350 or 360, I may look into some new clothes.  For right now the goal is to try to stay as close to my target as possible.

Morning

I woke up this morning and weighed in, and was glad to see some movement.  I am down 3.9 pounds over yesterday, and while I worry about a dangerous trend here, I still want to keep it up.  I laid around in bed for a bit, and and then got ready for work.

I am out of beef jerky, but I stayed away from the store on the way into work, because I knew if I grabbed a bag of jerky, I was eating the whole thing.  I packed a handful of almonds instead.  This will throw off my protein goals for today, but I will try to compensate with a shake when I get home.

My leg is feeling better, but friction still causes some discomfort.  I am excited to get my new gear so I can get back to walking.

I had my usual breakfast, with a smattering of almonds and pork rinds thrown in while I cooked it.  I am getting into my water earlier than usual, and should be OK there.

I think I have settled on my supplier for iPhone parts.  They have a lifetime warranty, free shipping, low prices, varying qualities, and I can pay with a credit card, so I get cash back.  This is going to be great.  I think to start out, I am going to omit iPad repairs, and just do iPhones.  That will allow me to keep my initial order low, and I won’t have to waste time on iPads.  I am planning to run a promotion on FaceBook and Twitter, to push my opening day.  I think I will try to make Mondays and Tuesdays a bit of an event.

I have compared prices around town, and it seems for the most part that I can stay more than $20 below just about everyone else in town.  There is a lot of competition though.  I will have to rely on positive reviews, and word of mouth.  I started looking into buying cases, and screen protectors, at wholesale prices.  I would like to try to add those as freebies on my premium parts, and upsell them with my standard parts

I am putting an end to timed headings, because it requires too much attention, on my part.  I will just add information to each section as I go along.

It is around 11:30am right now, and I am pretty hungry.  I have a pretty intense craving for either pizza, or Jimmy Johns.  I am trying to avoid getting into some trouble here, but I also want to get lunch in later in the day.  I have already eaten my way through my snacks.

Afternoon

It’s about 12:21pm, and I ate my usual lunch.  It was around 4 oz of chicken tenderloin, 16 oz of vegetables, and 1 tbsp of butter.  I am feeling pretty full at the moment.  I hope it carries me through the rest of the day.

Later on That Day…

I made it through the rest of the day, unscathed.  I stayed at work late, cleaning the kitchen, taking out the trash, and then working on a water damaged iPhone.  That iPhone is kicking my ass.  I solved 2 short circuits on it, only to reveal a third.  I hate water damage.

Mom is cooking pork roast for dinner, with mashed potatoes and corn.  I plan to have 3 to 6 ounces of pork roast, and my usual veggies.  I had some pork rinds and a left over bratwurst for a snack.  I need to account for that in MFP, before I eat dinner.

Evening

Dammit, I fell off a little bit.  I had pork roast, with my veggies, and that went OK.  Then I went back and had two pork sandwiches.  I counted them in MFP, and it added around 500 calories to my day.  This may amount to a pound of actual weight gain.  The carbs in the biscuits will do more short term damage.  I pulled myself out of the fire, before I got too deep, so I think I mitigated some of the damage.

I will see how things turn out tomorrow.
