Current Weight Loss Stats

Current Weight: 376.2 lbs ( -63.8 lbs )

I am down .4 pounds over yesterday.  I wonder if my starvation mode is hindering my weight loss?  I am very hungry this morning, and will have to resist the urge to cheat.  I am going to try my best to stick to the plan, and see what tomorrow brings.

Morning Diet Journal

I woke up at around 3:00am and had to pee.  I took the opportunity to weigh in, and I was at 378.9.  I was very disappointed, but went back to bed.  I woke again to my alarm at 6:00am.  I weighed in again after my shower, and weighed in at 376.2.  Not a huge weight loss, but it is certainly better than my 3:00am weigh in.  It is weird how I lost most of the weight in the last 3 hours of sleep.  No big deal.  I think this underscores the need to weigh in at the same time each day.

I got dressed and went upstairs to pack my lunch for today.  I remembered to take my vitamins, because I forgot yesterday.  I got everything packed up and headed out the door.

Dammit, I realized after I made it to the parking lot, that I forgot my snacks for today.  I packed everything else but the snap peas and carrots.  Today is going to be a tough day, hunger-wise.  I am going to try to stay strong, and push through it.  Luckily, it is a short day, so maybe I will be OK.

The walk in to work went great.  It was a little chilly, so I donned my jacket, and headed out.

I got to work at around 8:30am, and cooked breakfast.  I had my usual omelette, protein shake and avocado.  No carrots were harmed during the making of this breakfast, unfortunately, because I forgot to bring them.

I came in to work early, so I don’t have anything to do right now, so I am off to go work on my other website for a bit.  I need to get somethings tidied up there.

Afternoon Diet Journal

The morning went fine.  I was hungry, but I didn’t have anything to snack on.

I had a pretty busy afternoon, and that kept my mind off of my tummy rumbling.  I got lunch in around 3:00pm, when I had a break.

The walk back to my truck went great.  I forgot my BCAAs but it didn’t seem to affect the walk too much.  There were a lot of protesters finishing up their march.  I got stuck behind a few of them, and that slowed my roll for the first 10 minutes or so.  That is all I have to say about that.

Evening Diet Journal

I got home, and cooked up my steak.  I screwed it up this time around toying with the recipe.  I salted the hell out of it, and it was pretty bad.  Next time I am going to salt and pepper before I put it in the oven.  I also cooked the garlic and ginger on the stove, and that was way too early.  Next time I will add the garlic and ginger right before I put it in the oven.
