Current Weight: 375.2 lbs ( -64.8 lbs )

I am down 2.6 pounds under yesterday.  I think most of the weight was from the sauce or possibly the watermelon.  I avoided both of those items yesterday, and it seems to have paid off.

Morning Diet Journal

I woke up this morning at 6:00am, and weighed in at 375.2 pounds.  Quite a bit has fallen off since yesterday.  I will need to avoid those sauces and other sugary fruit in the future.  Hopefully tomorrow, I will be about where I was supposed to be.

I am very hungry this morning, and will have to avoid snacking on bad things.

The walk to work went well.  There is not much to say there.  I am out of BCAA mix, and I am trying to walk without the supplement.  It is noticeably tougher, with more muscle ache, but I will get used to it.

After I got to work, I cooked up my usual breakfast.  I didn’t snack on anything while I was cooking breakfast.

I am going to try to start logging everything I eat from here forward, so I can get an accurate count of calories going into my belly.  I have had some slips in the past where I thought I was eating healthy foods, and wouldn’t log them, and then the next day I would gain 2 pounds.  Mixed berries being the worst example.  I also need to focus more on getting my water goals met.  I have been failing in that area for the last couple of days.

Afternoon Diet Journal

The afternoon went pretty well.  I had lunch around 2:00pm.  I just had my usual chicken meal.  The day was a little slow, but not too bad.

The walk back to the truck went well.  I seemed to have plenty of energy.  It was around 65 degrees, so I wore my jacket.  By the end of the walk I was sweating pretty good.

Evening Diet Journal

I got home and cooked up my steak and vegetables.  I left the sauce off this time.  It turned out great.  After dinner I took my pork rinds down stairs, and went to bed shortly after.

I stayed on track, and am pretty proud.  Mom made some sort of Chinese chicken meal, and it smelled delicious, but I stayed away from it, and stuck to my plan.
